Baked Salsa Salmon

4 Salmon Fillets
Olive Oil
Basil
Oregano
Pepper
Red Cactus Medium Salsa

On a cookie sheet bake (four) 4 ounce salmon fillets at 350 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Drizzle extra light olive oil on salmon fillets and lightly season with basil, oregano, and pepper before baking. When salmon fillets are finished baking remove from oven and top each fillet with a Tablespoon of Red Cactus Medium Salsa. Let stand for a few minutes before serving to let salsa soak into the fish. Serves 2 - 4.

    2013 was a great year for Red Cactus. Here is the year in review as we look ahead to 2014:


    February :
    Began selling America's Sweet Salsa to the South with Piggly Wiggly stores in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi.

    March :
    Began selling in the North at Coborn's stores in Minnesota and South Dakota.

    May :
    Introduced Red Cactus Cheese Poppers Barrel Snacks, including Honey BBQ, Jalapeno, Buffalo, and Sour Cream & Onion.

    June :
    Reasor's Foods in Oklahoma begin carrying Red Cactus products.

    July :
    Fareway Stores in Iowa, as well as Dierberg stores in St. Louis begin carrying Red Cactus products.

    August :
    Nash Finch warehouses start selling Red Cactus "America's Sweet Salsa" and White Cheese through their Sioux Falls, SD and Bellefontaine, OH Distribution Centers.

    September :
    Super Valu Hopkins, MN warehouse and Schnucks St. Louis warehouse begins carrying Red Cactus Salsa and White Cheese. New 12oz Sweet Hot Jalapenos and Sweet Banana Rings introduced.

    November :
    Red Cactus introduces 4 new "America's Sweet" Fruit Butters incuding Cinnamon Apple Butter, Strawberry, Peach, and Pumpkin Butter, plus Red Cactus Sweet Onion Relish.
